0+ hours

Captain Rank is attainable once you reach 300+ hours of flight time. The perks you get at this rank are: Event voting.

300+ hours

Manager Rank is attainable once you reach 1+ years in the Virtual. The perks you get at this rank are: Choice of Manager Positions and more control over things like Routes.

1+ Year

Star Member Rank is attainable once you reach 5000+ hours and have Manager Rank. The perks you get at this rank are: can host big group flights and a possible chance for a High Staff position.
